  1. Definitions

Throughout this document, the following capitalized terms shall, unless the context indicates otherwise, have the meanings specified below:

UNREGISTERED TRADEMARKS: are the registered trademarks of MOTISLAB S.R.L., such as, but not limited to, the name HANNA ORGANIC.

WEBSITE: means the Internet WEBSITE belonging to HANNA ORGANIC, which is located at www.mrscrubber.md through which the USER has access to information on services and products offered / provided by HANNA ORGANIC in the network of HANNA ORGANIC stores.

HANNA ORGANIC: represents the company MOTISLAB S.R.L., established in R.

USER: means the person who accesses the WEBSITE for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the TERMS and CONDITIONS of this WEBSITE, fulfilling all the requirements of the registration process;

ABUSIVE USE: means the use of the SITE in a manner contrary to industry practice, regulations and legislation in force or in any other way that may cause damage to HANNA ORGANIC.

2.1. The information published on the WEBSITE is information of general interest about HANNA ORGANIC, the products marketed by it, its partners and other information considered by HANNA ORGANIC as being of interest to USERS. 2.2.   • If prices or other details of products/promotions have been wrongly displayed, including due to the fact that they have been wrongly entered in the database, we reserve the right to cancel delivery of the product and to notify the customer by phone/e-mail as soon as possible about the error, if the product has not yet been delivered.

  • The characteristics of the products presented on the WEBSITE are taken / made available by manufacturers and / or suppliers and HANNA ORGANIC assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of this information.

  • The prices of products on this WEBSITE are informative and may be subject to unannounced changes. Promotions presented on the WEBSITE are valid during the time period mentioned.

If no time period is mentioned, they are valid while stocks last. The prices displayed on the WEBSITE are not identical to those in the HANNA ORGANIC stores network, so there may be differences between the price of the product displayed on the WEBSITE and the one displayed in the HANNA ORGANIC stores network.

Orders whose products ordered on the WEBSITE have a lower price than the one displayed in HANNA ORGANIC stores remain valid and will be honored in the order of their registration on the WEBSITE and according to the available stock limit for each product ordered. All products presented on this WEBSITE are available within the limit of the physical stock available. In case of out-of-stock the HANNA ORGANIC representative will offer alternatives by presenting other products similar in appearance and technical specifications to the ordered product whose stock is exhausted.

By placing a pre-order, you ensure that you will receive the product immediately after launch and that you will benefit from a great price.

Pre-ordered products will be delivered, within an estimated 1-3 working days after launch, but no later than 15 days, if the product is in stock at HANNA ORGANIC on the day of launch.

In the event that the product reaches HANNA ORGANIC after the release date, delivery will be made within 1-3 working days from the time the product enters HANNA ORGANIC’s stock, but no later than 15 days.

Preorders are paid in the same way as a normal order, by any of the accepted payment methods.

In either case (payment on delivery or online payment) you need to wait for confirmation by phone or email from an operator when the product becomes available. You can cancel a pre-order at any time. If your pre-order has already been paid for, you can choose to return the amount or credit your account for another order.

4.7. HANNA ORGANIC reserves the right to complete and modify any information on the SITE.

4.8. Any problem caused by the products and/or services presented on the WEBSITE will be solved amicably within 15 working days from the date of the written notification of the problems by the USER.

  • Additional losses/costs.

HANNA ORGANIC shall not be liable for any losses, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if they are directly caused by your failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

5.1. HANNA ORGANIC shall not be liable for any damages created as a result of the non-functioning of the Website as well as for those resulting from the impossibility to access certain links published on the Website.

  • Orders / Delivery / Delivery costs.

6.1. We inform you that any complaints regarding aesthetic deficiencies of the products will be taken into account and will be analyzed only if they are complained within 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product.

6.2. The payment methods for finalizing an order online are: cash on delivery, online with bank card and other systems offered by PAYNET SERVICE SRL.

  • If you opt for online payment by credit card and other systems offered by PAYNET SERVICE SRL, we inform you that the registration of the payment does not guarantee the confirmation and delivery of the order. In case the order is not confirmed (the deadline for order processing is 48 hours) the amount of money paid will be refunded to your account as soon as possible.

  • HANNA ORGANIC delivers personally or through other specialized courier companies only on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

The delivery of products within the radius of Chisinau varies depending on the address, the delivery of products in any other locality than Chisinau. Chisinau, varies depending on the village.

6.3. The registration of the order does not constitute its confirmation. Once the order has been taken, it will be processed by our operators for confirmation and

to establish delivery details. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days after order confirmation, but no later than 15 days.

6.7. The buyer will become the owner of the goods after signing the transportation document and making the payment (if it has not been previously made) to the courier. 6.8. In the event of the order being canceled, none of the parties involved will claim/request damages.

6.9. Return of products: the Buyer has the possibility to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product.

  • You have the possibility to return the product within this period, it is not obligatory that it is returned in its original packaging. For this you can fill out the return form provided in the section Return Form or you can communicate your intention (unequivocal statement) to return in any other way (in writing – envelope in the mail, by e-mail, by phone, etc.).

WARNING!

The product can be returned if the consumer has within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase, the shelf life has expired, the product has sustained any damage during transportation.

The product must also be presented unused, i.e. not worn or used, free of mechanical defects and dents, labeled, and in a condition that allows the seller to remarket the good.
