What is dry massage?
Dry massage is one of the most effective types of self-massage, which is best done in the morning before a shower with a dry brush on a dry body. It stimulates blood and lymph circulation, exfoliates dead cells, has a pronounced anti-cellulite effect, significantly reduces stretch marks and improves overall well-being.

Movement from bottom to top
When performing a massage, be sure to move in the direction of lymph flow: from bottom to top. From rubbing the feet, ankles, calves, knees, to circular movements on the hips, working the arms: from fingers to shoulders. You need to press a little more gently on the body. The abdomen is massaged only clockwise.
Gradual increase in intensity
Do not try to achieve noticeable results immediately, start with light strokes and gradually increase the pressure. If you feel discomfort after the procedure, next time you need to reduce the massage time and pressure.
Duration
Dry massage takes no more than 7-10 minutes.
Restoring water balance
After the massage, take a contrast shower, drink a glass of warm water with lemon and apply a nourishing cream to your body.
