Exfoliating Instructions:
Apply in the shower or bath, on damp skin.
Massage with gentle circular movements.
Insist on problem areas, where the skin is rougher or thicker (elbows, knees).
Leave the scrub on the skin for 4 minutes.
Rinse with plenty of warm water.
Repeat the procedure 2 times a week.
